A rash is sense as a change in the skin’s appearance, which may include alternations in texture and it colour. A rash may be restricted in one part of the body, or affect all the skin. Rashes may result the skin to change color, itch, become hot, bumpy, dry, cracked or blistered, swell and may be painful. Itching and rashes may mature as the result of infection or irritation or from a reaction of the immune system. Some rashes happen generally in children, whereas others almost always occur in adults. Sometimes an immune reaction is caused by substances a person touches or eats.
